Product Description


This project is designed to automate the storage of anode and cathode raw materials in the lithium battery workshop. A total of four laser-guided three-way forklift AGVs are deployed. The workflow is as follows: Operators place the anode and cathode raw materials in the designated buffer storage area. Once placed, the automatic scanning system identifies the material type and pallet specifications. The WMS (Warehouse Management System) automatically binds the material and pallet information. A safety light curtain detects the material’s external dimensions, checking for excessive height or width. Once verified, the WCS (Warehouse Control System) dispatches the AGVs to transport and store the materials in the designated warehouse locations.
